Local Missions

Below is a list of local mission projects our church supports.  If you are interested in volunteering or supporting a local ministry, please contact the church office at

Local Home Repair
  • Our youth group is currently taking applications for free home repair for their summer mission project to Elwood.  Contact the church office at 552-7171 if you know someone that could benefit from home repair.
George Morrisett Center (downtown Elwood)
  • provides financial assistance to needy families in the community of Elwood
  • houses a food bank that is open every Monday & Tuesday evening and Thursday afternoons
Soul Food
  • Free Meal to anyone in the community every Thursday night @ 6pm
  • Located in the multipurpose room of our church

International Missions



Starved 4 Hope
Our church recently became involved with Starved4Hope, a daughter o
rganization of Children's Hope Chest.  Starved4Hope is working in Tullo, Ethiopia to build up a school for the children in that village. Each child is also in
